It's been a year since RWK destroyed the back of our house, excavated a precise pit at the rear foundations, and built the most beautiful kitchen, interior stairs, pantry, half bathroom, laundry room, and mud room in its place.

They were responsive, flexible, honest, conscientious, and responsible. Their foreman knew everything and everyone -and everyone we met with talked about his character and integrity.

You'd think, for all that, they would also be the most expensive company. They were not. Furthermore, all costs were laid out, updated as needed, and totaled at each agreed-upon point.

Did everything turn out perfectly and unicorns painted rainbows over our heads? No. It was a major remodel on a house, for Pete's sake. RWK (mostly our foreman) addressed any and all concerns, however -even the few that may have been our fault (say, like a poor decision of flooring).

I recommend them to everyone. Job well done, guys.

Based on the recommendation of my long-term plumber, I chose RWK Construction for my recent upstairs remodel. I previously had less than ideal experiences with contractors so was quite reluctant to move forward with a much-needed update of my home. RWK began by providing a detailed estimate with costs for each step. No overall bid with no idea of individual costs! I was able to evaluate the estimate and identify areas that I wanted to change. Changes, including costs, were tracked through a 'Change Order' that was sent to me for approval. RWK uses a wonderful site called 'Buildertrend' where I could track every step of my remodel! I always knew which craftspeople to expect and when any changes were made. My PM was Jeff who kept the site updated and patiently explained to me, sometimes more than once, how construction works. Jeff is amazingly attentive to detail and constantly checked that the subs had done as planned; he made sure what they did was what I was paying for. My friends with remodeling experience were shocked that my whole upstairs remodel was completed in 3 months! I wholeheartedly recommend RWK Construction and I hope to use their services again next year when I proceed with my basement remodel.

We had a great experience working with RWK. Jeff, our contractor, took care of everything and always adjusted well whenever roadblocks cropped up. The original timeframe to complete our home remodel was 2 months. They finished in 2 months and 2 weeks. Pretty good in by my estimation. They also came in 10% below the original quote. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the results!

We were very impressed with the t project and end results! The representative came out and asked what was wanted and they planned the project around that. The budget was itemized and explained thoroughly (and was not exceeded). Project manager Jeff fulfilled his role expertly, managing the different crews and keeping us informed along the way.

We did our basement with RWK and are very happy with the finished product, and the process along the way! We’ve done lots of house projects over the years with contractors and working with RWK was by far the easiest experience. Taylor manged our project and he was extremely on top of things, communicative, and easy to work with. He managed everything so thoroughly and got the project done well and on time. We really appreciated his attention to detail, it made a huge difference with everything turning out the way we hoped. Taylor managed and oversaw every step, we did a basement entryway, kitchen, guest room and bathroom, built-ins, a weight room, and storage room. If we need more work done in the future we’ll use RWK again!

Highly recommend RWK. I’ve dealt with some real construction nightmares so honestly I didn’t expect much, but their overall communication and workmanship really set a high bar. Jeff was my PM and is fantastic. He is a great liaison between the customer and the workers to ensure things are getting done correctly. All the workers who showed up were respectful and did what they said they would, when they said they’d do it. They even allowed my little guy to “help” with some projects, which he absolutely loved and made him feel like a real construction worker haha. They are great at providing an overall schedule so you have more of an idea of what to expect, and where you’re at in the project. In my opinion, they’re as close to a white glove service as you can get for home construction.

He truly seemed to want us to be very happy along the way and was patient and accommodating to our requests as they came up.
