Called her at 2:45pm. She answered the phone unprofessionally, "Hello," instead of stating her company name or her name. She informed me that she was unavailable, but would call me later once she arrived home for me to meet her at her home. After waiting almost 3 hours, I finally called her back at about 5:30pm, and she informed me that she just got home. I drove to her address which looks like a dump. She did the paperwork on the hood of one of the automobiles in her front yard. Then she informed me that she only accepts cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle, but not debit/credit card. None of which did I have the ability to pay on the spot. She also charged me double the $5 state fixed rate as she claimed it was "After Hours." I reminded her that I called her at 2:45pm, and she did not concede to only charging me the appropriate $5. I paid her once I got home and was able to via Zelle. However, I won't be using her services again.
