Tom Hancock, the construction manager. Walked me through all the steps during the waiting period. He was always a phone call away or even a text message. He kept me sane when I felt like giving up because of my insurance company giving me the run around.

All in all, the work that was done is absolutely beautiful. They really care about their customers and they want to make sure you're happy with the finished product. These people are true life savers and go above and beyond what is expected of them.
