I called for a duct cleaning and the tech came out and identified a problem with a duct instead. She fixed it right up and saved me a few hundred dollars in the process, suggesting I get the duct cleaning closer to spring, which I will do. Not only did she solve the issue, but my second floor is MUCH warmer now! Really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company and will use them going forward for my HVAC needs.

Ethan was fantastic. Just bought this house and it didn't feel like the air was cooling like it should. Ethan came out and checked out everything. Gave recommendations on possible future needs did not try to upsell. That right there made my decision to go with Service Now for all my heating and cooling needs. Bre came and explained the problems and did several tests on our furnace. Did a great job explaining everything. Provided great feedback on the best way to resolve our issue. Therefore, I will be booking another appointment to get a quote on a new furnace. 10/10

The whole process was very easy. I was quoted such high prices by everyone else, they helped me for a fraction. Roger was upfront about pricing and fast. I had one little thing I wanted switched around with the shower head and they came back out to help me. Good business appreciate Roger and the company for great service.
