If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible to do business with, and will do whatever to prolong the time to complete a job that has been agreed upon. Their leads on site will insult you and laugh in your face, when you bring to their attention that they are doing a job incorrectly. I’ve had clients report that they’ve seen their crews drinking while on the site. I do not recommend them at all!! AT&T needs to find other contractors to sub their jobs out to.

Service Unlimited (Ryan/Owner) and their team members were very responsive and went out of their way to address any issue or damages caused by the other company/competitor.
The quick and constant communication (text, phone or/one on one) and the service teams were efficient and knowledgeable.
They not only listened to what my concern was, but explained how it will be resolved in a professional manner. They worked with my schedule and remained flexible.
Their integrity and way of doing business was outstanding.

This company is a scam. They came to work in our new housing development to “dig” cable wires but all the guys did not have any uniforms on and were drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. I had approached the men to ask who they work for and none of them could communicate with me because they speak Spanish…. They really need to get it together and next time they show up to our neighborhood I will be reporting them.

Services Unlimited is a top-notch, multi-generational outside plant construction firm. Ryan leads the firm with professionalism, promptness and purpose by raising the bar for other contractors to follow! I have no doubt that when I call SU that we'll receive services from boring to maintenance repairs that makes their founding forefathers beyond proud! It's refreshing to know that there are companies that still exist who aim to get the job done right the 1st time every time!
