Just showed up at my house at 7 am and started cutting concrete. After a few choice words from me they stopped and left. I will be watching this whole tree installation and calling the Alderman’s office at 8 am to complain about them.

Replaced a section of my sidewalkon 62nd and Kilbourn, through the Alderman's office. Each crew did their job very well! A few gentlemen had to chop away at a large tree root and finished very quickly. They were all nice and respectful of the area they were working in. I would recommend them . Thank you Seven D Construction!

These guys aren’t real professional at all , they came at 7 am and started doing work planting trees which isn’t a huge deal even if they were working before the noise ordinance allows them to, what I have a real problem with is me calling the company and some guy answering the phone which i didn’t catch his name but I told him his crew was just leaving this dirt pile behind and moving onto the next street and he informed me he would call the crew and let them know he also stated “the work isn’t going to be done in 30 minutes”which idk what relevance that comment had. They left and never came back to clean up their mess , your crew may not care about the street they don’t live on but I do and I’m sure my neighbors do. Have your crew carry a broom it’s not that hard. This was on the block of 22nd and drake.

Hired by CDOT to replace city sidewalk, removed a slab of a new cement walkway, replaced it with an unmatched and gravelly cement, dropped and spotted the second slab of walkway with cement, and will not respond even with an alderman's office help. Crew was inexperienced and sloppy.

Crew planted a tree on the parkway next door to my place of business. Left a mess of dirt & gravel in the street and on the parkway. Crew said they would clean it up and left without doing it. Very poor work ethic.

I parked my car near one of their work sites. With no other vehicles near my car. Their truck was the only one that had parked next to mine. Knowing it was far enough out of their way and no posted signs that I couldn’t park there I didn’t move my car. After they got done with their workday I went out to the store and realize my car had a minor dent in the drivers door. I just purchased my car a few months ago and I’m really good at noticing any scratches since it is a new car. So I called the place and told them what happen and right away they try to tell me it wasn’t them. Also the lady I spoke with (Pat) was extremely rude and had no interest in helping me.

Started tearing and bulldozing the road at 6:45 am. No traffic cones no obvious construction site noted. Completely dangerous for both pedestrians and traffic. Pummels of dust going straight into my open bedroom window. When confronted they all said 911 wouldn't help and wouldn't you know five 911 calls and 40 mins later no cops. Called 311. Jerks .

This is the most awful construction company in Chicago. They woke me up at 7:00am to move my car when there were NO signs saying I could not park there that day. They pounded on my door so hard I was scared that someone was trying to break in and I was going to call the police. They woke up my 90 year old grandmother in a panic and woke me up after I worked all night. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever heard of. They knocked over my garbage can and blocked the entire street when trying to do their work. I would never ever hire this company and I hope this company never steps foot in the neighborhood I live in again. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
