We cannot be more pleased with our experience with Chris and his amazing team at Shorebreak Construction! They recently renovated both our guest and master bathrooms. Communication and coordination of the work from Robin each day was fantastic. Edgar, Adrian and Tim were amazing! Edgar's skills and dedication to his craft was the best part of our renovation. Thank you, Edgar! Only wish is that Chris would want to reach out and see the final amazing work of his team.

We had a fantastic experience with Shorebreak Construction. That is not my usual experience with contractors. I had expected the usual delays and excuses that I had gotten from every other contractor I have ever used in multiple renovations. Chris and his team showed up when he said they would.They had the right tools and materials. They worked so efficiently that the job was done much quicker that I had expected. Chris is such a great manager that things just ran smoothly. I could not be happier and everything looks great. Here is what they did: installation of crown molding in family room, entry and living room, renovation of guest bathroom which included tile, resurfacing walls, replacing plumbing, installation of cabinetry and sink, painting, new door, upgrade all electrical for safety reasons. Also checked all electrical outlets in the entire house to check for shorts, etc. also installed can lights in family room.

Chris and his crew came in and, from start to finish, (which was on time to the exact day!) did an amazing job. Professional, CLEAN, organized, conscientious and very trustworthy. We knocked down walls, ripped up floors, tore down everything including the kitchen sink. Even when we had unforeseen MAJOR plumbing issues, Chris handled it with aplomb. His subs were all awesome and came when they said they would and did what they promised. One thing about Fountain Valley is they are infamous for their building inspectors. Our guy came in and told me that Chris made his job too easy. Passed every inspection with flying colors on the first run, up to the final. Every day I get up and see my beautiful new kitchen and living room and have to pinch myself. Bravo! I highly recommend Chris and Shorebreak! EDIT-after reading my review I got to thinking and it occurred to me that I would be remiss if I didn't mention Chris' office manager, Robin! She keeps everyone abreast of who is coming and when and where and what they'll be doing that day/week. Her texts would always seem to come at the right time as I would be wondering what the week looked like or what the next step was.

Chris and the crew at Shorebreak did a full kitchen remodel and lighting upgrade throughout our house and we couldn't be happier. The work was of the highest quality and it was done efficiently and professionally. From cabinets to drywall to flooring and paint I highly recommend the team at Shorebreak. If you are looking for a kitchen remodel or any other room for that matter you owe it to yourself to give them a call.

Shorebreak Construction made my bathroom remodel dreams come true! After years of indecision, we finally committed to updating our master bath down to the studs and out of the mid-1980s floral wallpaper, pitted gold fixtures, and dated tile. We interviewed and received quotes from several contractors, but selected Chris and Shorebreak based on his professionalism, thoroughness, and quote. They did not disappoint. From the initial quote, to the fine tuning of requirements, all through to the final inspection and clean-up, it went without a hitch. The quote was as detailed as I've ever seen with each option noted (I hadn't decided on some details like shower niche size and shower glass upgrades) so I knew the price choices. Also it clearly stated what I supplied and what Shorebreak supplied (not always the case in my experience which could result in change orders). There were absolutely no surprises. Robin (coordinator/scheduler), Mike (foreman), Edgar and Adrian (general), Brian (tile), Randy (glass) were all very professional and communicated well to make sure it was exactly as I envisioned. The workers showed up every day, on time, and never left unexpectedly: a huge difference from the last time I had contractors! Frankly, I expected delays and excuses: there weren't any! The "rough estimate schedule" was exactly on time. Maybe two times a day shifted, but the end date was met. I couldn't ask for better. The entire process was not only painless, but pleasurable. I look forward to working with Shorebreak the next time I plan a remodel project.

Chris and his team were awesome! They worked with us during an extensive kitchen tear down and remodel that included a 21' beam, removing a window, and pouring more concrete than I thought was possible. I'll be thinking of Shorebreak as we continue to do work on our house. Thank you!

After a SUV hit our garage, we needed to find a contactor to fix our garage fast. I wanted to use a local reliable company and Yelp helped me find Chris @ SHorebreak Construction! I can't say enough about what a fantastic job they did! Robin in the office was great keeping me updated, Mike was awesome on-site and Chris made sure they stayed on tract as well as getting the city inspection done. Thanks for the great job!
