Sunshine State construction group is amazing ! My dad pasted away and left me a sizeable house and an even bigger project. I needed a new roof, new sizing and a bunch of work done on the interior according to the home inspector. Joey came in and gave me a great price for the roof (especially compared to the two others I got), Joey and Sunshine State made this confusing process go really smooth and greatly appreciate their work patience and understanding.

I worked with this company briefly last year for a restoration project in my home after a plumbing issue. Everything started out fine. Worked with someone by the name of Jose. He came out a couple of different times to give me a couple of different quotes as I worked with my insurance company. Then suddenly there was silence. Several emails were sent and I never got a reply. Finally I was forced to find another company to finish the project. I found the lack of response extremely unprofessional. If Jose was out or resigned, his emails should have been monitored by a supervisor or an out of office alert should have gone out in response to emails. I understand many companies are also short staffed but this would be understandable and acceptable had they at least communicated this to me. So I can only assume my business meant very little to them. This delayed my project several months (since I had to start over with quotes and getting them approved by my insurance company). I would not recommend this service.

I had two investment properties both under the pressure by the insurance company since I purchased them they needed a new, roof Sunshine State construction group came in and did one roof yesterday, and finished my property in eustis today . Joey Brandon and Fred just kept on shingling even when it was downpouring I couldn't have met a greater group of guys.

I was promised a new roof, and got nothing but lies. Now they have my money, and I've got no roof, which makes them thieves as well as liars. Do not give them a penny of your money!
