Where to start if I could leave negatives stars I will first guy we talked to before midnight told us that it was first come first serve at the time we had one truck ahead we where 20 miles away when I got there Thomas (guy before midnight shift) told me as soon the red truck leaves your next if they don’t get me at 11:30 will come the lady’s for after midnight shift so guess what that time came mom and daughter where the after midnight shift I went in at that time and they where unhappy because of the weather the first excuse was that they only had available bay 1 and front door was broken they ask if I was able to nose in and then back out I said yes and they said we will call you to pull you in they where doing the shift change no wonder when I realize another semi bobtail was heading in I went to ask them and they said that after that truck they will get me which was unfair because they said FCSs and she said it’s my shift and I would get that truck first that the eta was around another hour all this when they finally called me in I choose the tire that it was going to be Installed and they took more than 3 hours on purpose they took the time they wanted they didn’t care of anything they where rude and mean they shouldn’t been working with public don’t go there it was a basic tire change outer so they didn’t even had to remove the wheel so more fast I had to remove the wheel chocks myself she didn’t want to!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 TA truck repair service area

The mechanic Lyle was very quick and actually showed me what went wrong, how he diagnosed it, how he fixed it, how to avoid it happening in the future, etc. all of which I greatly appreciate.

This was a few days after the ice storm and the shop was obviously busy, but they got me in and out fast and everyone was friendly.

I took my truck for OIL change, they technician was in training without any Trainer. He broke the racor of fuel filter, which no need to be open , the part was no with dealer
I said I would take the responsibility of my truck. Let me take it. They said you should tow the truck and pay for towing
I tow my truck and fix the Cap temporarily
Paid for tow and their oil change
Very rude and not professional team

TA circling the drain. 5:30 am no creamer no breakfast. We don't go to work at 8 am.
I don't know who's managing these truck stops but really.

Negative- 10 star I checked in 10:00pm and 2 trucks front of me but night shift lady machanic just setting and call first guy who didn’t answer call almost 1 hour and shop Clark and machanic both just setting talking blah blah but not moving next truck because first trucker didn’t answer call 5 times they calling , and killing clock till 11:45pm when I told both if trucker not answering your call please skip him and do work for next in line then lady machanic said oh I’m going to be off my shift 12:00pm and later midnight second machanic coming he will start working next trucker , they don’t have value trucker times they killing trucker clock ⏰ without any reason , only tire change took 9 hours and why 9 hours because I have 2 trucks front of me which is also flat tire 🛞, honestly if machanic took 1 hour each for tire mount dismount still 3 hours much times for this job ,
Also if you Guys not happy for your job just change your job Go work store Clark and talk with customers share your story’s with them, But don’t waste our valuable time we are hard workers we don’t want lazy people on this industry , if you are not doing perfect job then go start work at McDonald and make Room for who really deserve for this place

No need to pay for reserved parking since there no one to monitor the area. There's nothing like paying to park only to wake up blocked in.

I used to stop in to eat at Dotties when I passed through, but now that it's being replaced by yet another generic IHOP I will save my time and money and do my 30s elsewhere.
