We are super happy with the pool project Texas Construction Plus delivered to us. Lead by Leo, our pool turned out exactly as we expected it. Modern and beautiful at the right cost!!! We have had the pool for the past two years or so with no major problems at all. Leo has been very responsive to any minor warranty issues and that is something we appreciated a lot as you are not left alone after the pool project is handed over to the owner. It was a delight working with Leo and his team at Texas Construction Plus. They did an excellent job on my pool. I am very pleased with my pool and the wonderful service I received. Mr. Leo Garcia and his Crew were OUTSTANDING. When the crew came to work, they were always very professional and courteous. The work was of quality and EXCELLENT craftmanship. When trying to figure out the design of my pool, Leo was very instrumental of putting my vision on paper. Every step of the pool process was explained to me. Leo always responded to my questions/concerns in a timely manner. He is very honest. You will not be disappointed when using Leo and his business Texas Contruction Plus. He is very caring and constructing the pool as though it is in his own back yard. I want to Thank Mr. Leo, Sir you are AWESOME. Keep doing what you are doing. I met Leo ( Texas construction plus ) when my house was destroyed by hurricane Harvey he remodels my house completely in a timely manner with all the updates and upgrades that I requested he did amazing job
We decided to build a swimming pool and of course we had to reach out to him it was a turn key project no matter what we added or taken of the project he did his best with his great team.
He did some other small projects too, he is so trusted to me that I just ask him to do a project without asking for a quote and he will bill me later.
I am glad that I found Leo he is a great person and a good friend

We are very happy with the work the Leo and Texas Construction Plus did for us. We first had them pour an extension to our driveway, and the guys did a great job. The worksite was left clean after each day and the workmanship was really good. Because they did such a good job on the first project, we had them come back out and do a second project for us which was a paver pavillion in the corner of our backyard. Leo and the guys again did a great job. Leo is very fair and honest with upfront pricing and estimates, and the work is very high quality. They also showed up quickly to start the work on both projects, and they worked quickly, efficiently, and with high quality. He keeps good communication throughout the job. Highly recommend.

We were fortunate y to chose Texas Construccion Plus for our project, they delivered on what they promised quality-wise budget-wise. Leo is a great builder, who is also an experienced engineer, so he knows what he is doing. He is very honest and will tell you what are your options according to your budget and will provide advice on what is more convenient for your specific case. They worked on building our covered patio and outdoor kitchen during the pandemic, it took the a couple of months but it was worth it; they also accommodated some changes we wanted during construction. We are very happy with the work overall and very impressed with his work ethics. We definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the end result after all. Project was: Outdoor full Bath + Gazebo + Outdoor Kitchen + Pool + Spa. On the slow side on delivery (pandemic related complications; also, permit obstacles). Pool plaster was re-applied after first application (for free) due to staining as part of the warranty. After 2 years (and out of warranty), Leo still picks up the phone to help/guide with TV installation we did after construction. Very respectful, easy to deal with.
