Useless organization. Gets millions in taxpayer funds. They never return phone calls or emails. Whatever it is that they actually do appears to be an unsolved mystery. But their staff, especially their executive staff need not worry, because they are well taken care of. So it goes.

Watching a news segment on how LAHSA workers throw food that is meant to be given to the homeless out in dumpsters while using their work time to shop and get Starbucks. Seriously? How dare you? May you never know what it’s like to go hungry because this is completely unacceptable and deplorable to say the least. Hire better workers that will actually do their jobs instead of wasting taxpayer money that is meant to help those that are in need. If you can’t be arsed to do your job then quit. There are plenty of people who would be happy to be working to help the impoverished. Trust me when I say, there’s a higher power to answer to.

Employees should be FIRED if they are neglecting their responsibilities to hand out meals and gain trust of your homeless population! No tolerance for such behavior at all and this is coming from a woman that buys food out of my own pocket to serve my own in my community. Simply despicable and absolutely no excuse for condoning such behaviors when they have been brought to light.

DON'T HELP DON'T DO NO FOLLOW UPS...NEEDS TO BE RETRAIN , I'VE been up & down now for 10,yrs..meT JAMIE FROM LAHSA REAL COOL GUY THEN TO BUILD YOUR TRUST...LATER ON DOWN THE ROAD I REACHED OUT FOR HELP SUPPORT EMERGENCY SEEVICES..AND GOT NOTHING ... THEY DONT RETURN CALLS. THEY DONT CHECK THEIR VOICEMAIL THEY DON'T HELP YOU OUT OF YOUR SITUATION WHATSOEVER WHATEVER THEY'RE DOING I CAN DO MYSELF BY PICKING UP A PHONE OR GOING TO GOOGLE AND TRYING TO FIND SOME RESOURCES..

I just seen LAHSA just sitting in there car Collecting a pay Check and not Helping any Homeless. Are these people social works. Or regular People that don't have any degree or skills in dealing with Homeless people. That's where the Homeless Money is Going to pay there salary and the brand new Ford explorer they drive around acting like there helping. All homeless people don't use drugs A Lot have Part-time jobs.The apartments Require you to make a Certain income to qualify to move in like 36,000 a year unfortunately I only make 21,200 I'm on social security disability I get 14,616 a year from SSDI, Iwork part-time I make 5,766 on my part-time job a year. Actually it comes to 20,382, That's why there's so many Homeless. Do better LAHSA

you shamelessly continue to ask for taxpayer money. money that could have been spent on taxpayers families. When you throw away resources it's like your Is throwing away our (tax payers) money. And for the employees if you want to know what true suffering is. Let's deduct $200 from your paychecks and burn it right in front of you So You know what it feels to lose valuable resources.

LAHSA received $800 MILLION DOLLARS IN FUNDING FROM TAX PAYERS. What they do with that funding is drive around doing nothing, throw away good food that they are supposed to give to homeless people just up the block from where they are located. Who is running this place? They need to get fired and sued for wasting tax payer money.
