I had an amazing experience with this location and not only did the owner Mark handle my package with care, but it was also done with incredible speed and detail. I ordered printing for my letterhead, and I was provided feedback that modified my initial design, which was delivered soon after ordering. It’s rare to find a company that excels in both shipping and printing, and actually cares about its clients.

EVERY TIME I go into this store the employees are so friendly. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about you. It’s is nice to come to a place that you feel respected and a “person” not just a customer. I love all the employees at the Wellington greenview/wellington trace store. They are exceptional. That is why I like the UPS store.

This is one of the most friendly store, Erhan the clerk was amazingly helpful in helping navigate the complicated Amazon return process. He was extremely patient and kind. They do take customer service very seriously.

I wanted to get my package, with very important documents up to NY asap. Jessalyn, at store 6304, at 13860 Wellington Trace did a fantastic job in getting this accomplished. She provided me with all the options I needed to make this happen. From the various UPS services and on to the USPS services. She really knows her job inside and out. I would hope that this UPS company has levels of advancement for this skilled professional! If not, I' m sure the competition would be able to use such a superior and excellent worker. I know from what I speak as I spent my career in the shipping business.
