The staff at Top Notch were wonderful to work with. They were patient and accomodating...my requests were never too much. My family and I are happy to have selected Top Notch to build our home. I had my house built by Top Notch within a few years. The quality aren’t Top Notch, I’m not a person to vent and speak badly of small businesses, but electrical wires weren’t connected properly after the inspection was completed.so had to contact them repeatedly to get it fixed. The Septic Tank were broken when we first got it. Price increased on everything, I had to complain to get things fixed again and again.The toilet was overflowing so I had to spend my entire evening cleaning it up. This was the first time I’ve seen this happen. I had to inform them regarding this issue multiple times just to resolve that.Their was also a language barrier that I had to go through, I wish there were more honesty, integrity, compassionate, people.I wish I did more research, had more options to choose from.Poor Job to say the less. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Travis, Leah and Sandra were amazing in answering every question I had, explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything and was comfortable with it. My family and I love our new home, very little detail of it.

Top Notch Construction is currently building my parents home while doing a phenomenal job. Their staff are friendly and efficient. Their workers are precise and pay attention to detail. Travis Maldonado has made my parent’s dream home a reality.
