Don't waste your time coming to a place that doesn't keep track of appointments. Linda scheduled my app at 3
Then I show up and they say they have no appointments available at 3. It was the initial appointment to get my kids started there. Glad I dodged the bullet for future appointments mistakes for people who don't take responsibility of making the appointments. Plus it's all the way across town. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time. I'd give it zero stars if it was an option.

*This is based on my experience trying to get an appt*

I reached out to toribio in August. I spoke with Linda, she took my sons information our insurance information and told me she would call back after verifying insurance. Fast forward a week no call back, I continued to call just about daily and everytime I called no matter the time , it always went to voice-mail. I left a message, emailed the email address on the site and still continued to call. Finally, I got through and was transferred to Linda who said she would check with Dr Castro regarding my request for my son to have an assessment, she said she would call me back as soon as she heard from him. Again, days went by with no call back so I continued to call several times again, this time leaving 2 voice-mails. This was weeks ago, I still haven't received a phone call back nor have been able to get through. I am so disappointed that this is my experience as I was referred here by my sons psychologist who spoke so highly of Dr Castro(who I am sure is great) I can't seem to understand how a business can continously not answer calls nor call back i understand we are all busy however to not even get an answer seems pretty unprofessional. I live in Modesto CA and this is the closest place for my son to be assessed and since I have yet to receive ANY response ( i called again today 9/18) again, i got the voicemail which i DID NOT leave a message since my other messages seem to not matter. Now i am at square one trying to find an option for my son.

Do better Toribio. And I might add I didn't have the best experience with Linda she was quiet cold and not very helpful after I had expressed that I needed guidance. I hope others don't have this same experience as i did.

My therapist was very unprofessional. She had rolled her eyes at some of my concerns, she had me purchase a book only to ask me to purchase another at our next session, then my last straw was when she actually attempted to gaslight me in a session. My therapist was annoyed I wouldn't take her suggestion to go back to school because I had no money, childcare, or even a subject I wanted to pursue. My therapist snapped and said I did not want to continue therapy. I asked her if she heard me say exactly those words and she said yes. I don't know if she has something going on at home, but she clearly is not in a headspace to be helping others.

I absolutely love and am greatful to the services provided at Toribio. Dr Castro is an amazing pyschologist and has been treating my son for almost 3 years. The staff is kind and communication is great. 100% reccomend this group. Thank you Toribio!

We had an appointment with Vincent Aguirre , PhD and if I could give negative stars I could ! At my first visit at the office Mr. Aguirre didn’t greet me when we met , he expected me to open the door for myself (seems unprofessional) and he when I was in the office with him he was asking a lot of questions (routine , I know) but I was also nervous so I was not sitting still (something I thought he should understand) he very rudely asked me what was wrong and why wasn’t I sitting still. After that long , dreadful hour I was finally done with the appointment. All in all VERY unsatisfied with this office. More specifically this doctor

My daughter sees Elizabeth and I’m not happy. Elizabeth is only 27 years old she’s to young and not experienced enough to help my daughter with Adhd. Also the manager is a cross dresser he’s a man that dresses like a women and I find it very inappropriate and unprofessional that my 4 year old was asking why is that man dressed like a women. I’m very disappointed
