I am beyond disappointed with the service provided by United Site Services. We rented a porta potty for 7 days while having construction done on our home. It has now been 15 days, and the rental is STILL sitting in our yard, despite multiple calls and follow-ups. We've been calling several times a day for over a week, and every time we’re promised they will pick it up within a specific time frame—yet no one ever shows up.

There has been absolutely no communication or follow-through from their staff, leaving us with a used porta potty sitting in our yard. This is not only a major inconvenience but also extremely unprofessional.

I would never recommend United Site Services to anyone. Their lack of reliability and complete disregard for customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Save yourself the headache and find a more professional company to do business with.

Do not use Unites Site Services! This company did not deliver the porta potty on the day requested. When I arrive the day after expected delivery at the job site, I had to call them to ask where it was. By the way, they had half of the full charge already. They had lost the order. I thought I was being scammed! They finally delivered a day late. When I called for reimbursement for the day not delivered, I was informed they charge me for the amount of time no matter what day they deliver. She said, "we still charge the same amount no matter what day it is delivered!!" Incredulous. Beware!

The porta site at the Uber Lot 6100 Westerchester parkway is so dirty and disgusting. I called and made a complaint, and was told it would be cleaned in a couple days, and it has not. I was told it is supposed to be cleaned once a week, and that is clearly what has not been happening here.

Horrible customer service. We placed long term order for our business and scheduled a delivery for but it never arrived when promised. They said they'd look into and give us a call back, waited 2 days. I called them back and they told me the order was on hold but could not give me a reason.
So yes I canceled and called someone else.

The services is horrific. I needed them to come 6 day/wk and they came 1 day in 2 weeks. Horrible!!!
