We had been in contact with the owner of this company about building a mud house. Initially, he responded affirmatively, saying his team could visit and discuss our project. However, after many excuses, the project ultimately could not move forward.

The company seemed to be a one-man show, displaying an unprofessional approach.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with such unprofessional companies in India. If we had made a payment to them, one can only imagine the potential issues that might have arisen.

Due to their unprofessionalism, I will strongly caution others (not to pay for) about their so-called services.
