The ladies at USA Occupational Services were a wonderful help. I had some issues with completing my I9 form and they knew exactly what to do to help me resolve it. They went above and beyond and stayed open later on a Saturday to help as well. Thank you so much!

I strongly recommend this place especially because of Laythanette.
I went here to get Form I-9 work done. Due to some miscommunication from my company I didn't present the correct papers initially and assumed that everything went fine. However, she asked me to confirm with my company whether everything was okay before leaving. When I didn't receive any confirmation she made some calls, realised that different papers were needed, and helped me complete everything properly.
She went above and beyond to help me even though she wasn't obligated to. It was a very positive experience.

The total vibe in the building was so calm and peaceful. I was taken care of by one of the fingerprint techs and she had the warmest personality and very inviting spirit. Although I was there to be fingerprinted for a different job, I would love to work in that environment. Professionalism was at an all time high as well. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Very professional and accommodating. I went for employer pre-screening and got held up at the border past my scheduled time. The technician called to confirm, made sure I would be seen, and was very friendly when I arrived. I thought I had wasted a 2 hour trip, but no problems thanks to her. Definitely exceeded expectations for this service.

I went for my appointment and Ms Shine was great to me not only did she do my finger print early than my appointment time but she also did my other appointment that i had next Monday. She is great at what she do and be open to have conversation with her because she is very friendly.
