Unfortunately, Zion Creative was not qualified to finish our project. From the very beginning, Nick asked us to contract him away from the 3rd party platform, 99designs (which is against their policy), so we did not have any guarantee of a refund or intermediary.

After multiple requests for updates and a timeline on project completion (we got crickets), we waited over three months only to receive a partially finished draft. We are now having to pay another web developer to finish what was not completed. Similar to other poor reviews on this page, we had the same experience and hope that others do not have to go through the same.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with SEO for my website! He reached out from the beginning with a video summarizing what could be improved on my site and built that trust straight away. We hired Nick at Zion a second time to build a website for another family company, Mayday Towers. We were so pleased at the result. He is able to take your ideas, capture the vision and make it come to life. As we were launching the site it came to our attention that there was a second domain purchased by someone in the company 4 years prior and that domain needed to tie in as well. Nick was so patient and was on standby for 2 days while we tried to sort everything out and find the necessary information. Our company cannot express our gratitude for all his hard work and the effort he put in to ensure our success in this endeavor. Mayday Tower highly recommends Zion as a company that will give you a finished product you can be proud of.

Nick at Zion was AMAZING - lightening fast, professional and pleasant to work with. It can be difficult to articulate what you want visually, but he intuitively understood exactly what I wanted. He made several instructional videos to show me how to use my new site, which were very helpful. He even went the extra mile and helped me out with transferring my old account to the new one and also with processing the Squarespace prorated refund, which I wouldn’t have even known about.
I’m over the moon with my new website and am grateful to have found this designer. I would hire him again and recommend Nick at Zion without reservation.

I had the opportunity to work with Zion Creative for two organizations (Sif Capital Advisors and Spring Free EV) and all of our experiences have been positive. Nick has done logo designs and website development, and we were able to get to things turned around in a timely fashion with good quality; we had a lot of open communication, the work was detail-oriented and met our needs, and it's easy to make future recommendations for others to work with him.

Nick was great to work with. We worked on a branding package and new logo. The process was smooth and timely. Nick took the time and steps to get to know us and the business to make an initial set of quality logos and style scapes.
